- May 2026: Significant improvements under the hood. The Szász-Liss parts cross-reference has been moved to a separate page. Translation Czech soda siphon information page, repair guide and the Hungarian cream whipper repair guide is completed as well.
- May 2025: Actualized the soda water cost calculation page.
- September 2024: The Czech soda siphon information page and repair guide is finalized. Thanks to Robert Adams for the instruction manual of the Kovočas Merkuria siphon. The LISS Essential and Horecatech cream whippers have been added. Because of the PET bottle return craze, the soda water cost calculation is added. Documents about more unusual siphons, sent by Mr. Kiss are added as downloadable content.
- January 2024: The site is updated with LEHEL siphon documents from László Kiss. A big thank you to him!
- February 2023. LISS discontinues its Professional cream whipper with spherical head, replacing it with a new gastronomic siphon. Information about Tescoma whipper. Coconut whipped cream is added to the recipes.
- September 2022: Official launch of the site. Initial content: Information on soda siphons and cream whippers manufactured by LEHEL / Hűtőgépgyár. Repair/reconditioning guides for old Hungarian-made siphons. List of parts, with description and photos.
